Let me show you a little gem only 20 minutes from Saranda. In the heart of amazing nature at the feet of Sopoti Mountain, where a little town called Delvina appears with all its secrets. What it will surprise you mostly besides nature and culture is the hospitality of people. Here is the place where you get e feel of real Albania

Our tour starts from your accommodation in Sarande at 09:00, we pick you up from hotel.

We travel for 20 minutes to the town of Delvina

Day activities

1. Our first stop is an amazing little ethnographic museum where you find both a traditional Albanian oda (room). But most surprisingly this  museum offers a room decorated just like in communist times. (tickets to the museum are included in the tour price).
2. Our second stop is right in the heart of nature, hidden by tall trees and next to an old river bed, the Monastery of Kameno, built in 630 a.d. Its amazing paintings create a sublime atmosphere. Entrance included in the price.
3. We return to town to visit a very interesting Mosque. The Mosque of Gjin Alex in Rusan Neighbourhood. A strange christian name for a mosque, which testifies that in the past this was a church that later was adopted into a mosque.
4. Our next stop is close to the mosque, to a local house porch, to taste the wonderful homemade jam (gliko) and a glass of raki from an amazing friendly lady. (tasting included in the price)
5. Our last stop will be at the ancient ruins of Xhermehalla, where we will visit the turbe (bektashi temple) and hamam.

This is the end of our tour and around 14:00 we return back to Saranda.
