There are three ways to travel from Tirana to Ksamil by bus, by taxi or by driving a rental car.
How to get from Tirana to Ksamil by bus in 2024?

The bus departs from Tirana at 09:00 am and stops at Tirana International Airport at 09:30. From Tirana Airport the bus follows the coastal route through Vlora to reach to Saranda and Ksamil and Coastal Villages and towns on the way. We strongly encourage you to book your seat for Tirana City and Airport to Saranda and Ksamil online in advance. The tourist season can be crowded and seats are filled quickly.

Yes you may travel from Ksamil to Tirana in the same way. Transfer from Ksamil to Saranda and than Bus from Saranda to Tirana. The total time for the trip is 5 hours for both transfers.
