The bus departs from Saranda Center (near the Jewish Synangogue) Bus Station at 05:30 and stops at Tirana Southern Bus Terminal. The trip is express and lasts 4 hours and 30 minutes. This bus goes through inland via Gjirokster, Tepelena and Fier. This bus does not go through the Riviera/Coast.
