Can I get a quote before I know my flight number?
Yes. Your flight number and accommodation address are optional when requesting a quote and booking. You can provide them later. Enter your travel date and arrival or pickup time.
Can I book Valbona to Tirana Airport?
Yes. The reverse journey uses the same fare for the same passenger band. A return booking costs two one-way fares, with a separate date and pickup time for each leg.
Do I pay per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle, per direction, for the passenger band selected. Count all passengers, including children. Tell us about your luggage and request any child seats or oversized-luggage arrangements through the team.
How much do I pay when booking?
For 1–4 passengers, pay a 20% deposit online and the remaining 80% on the travel date. For 5–55 passengers on routes with an online fare, choose a 20% deposit or full payment.
Can I return from Theth after travelling to Valbona?
Yes, you can request the two different transfer routes. Quote the Valbona journey and Theth journey separately, or ask our team to coordinate your itinerary.
Where can I read the cancellation policy?
Open “Cancellation and refund policy” in the booking summary before payment. Refund requests are handled manually through the AlbanianBus team on WhatsApp. If you expect to be late, contact the team immediately with your booking reference so pickup can be arranged at no additional charge.
